1. Schedule 93 to Ontario Regulation 315/07 is revoked and the following substituted:

SOUTH GRASSY LAKE CONSERVATION RESERVE

In the Geographic Township of McElroy, Territorial District of Timiskaming, containing 399 hectares, more or less, being composed of those parts of the said geographic township designated as Parts 1 and 2 on a plan known as Plan of South Grassy Lake Conservation Reserve, filed on August 5, 2017 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources and Forestry, and that area of land in the Geographic Township of McElroy, Territorial District of Timiskaming, designated as Part 1 on a plan known as Plan of the 2025 South Grassy Lake Conservation Reserve Addition, filed on December 19, 2025 with the Office of the Surveyor General of Ontario in the Ministry of Natural Resources.
