Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. Paragraph 1 of Part 3 of Schedule 55 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

Prince Edward — Twp. of Hallowell

Hastings — Twp. of Tyendinaga

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 49 lying between a point situate 150 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Prince Edward County Road 6 in the Township of Hallowell in the County of Prince Edward and a point situate 200 metres measured southernly from its intersection with the centre line of Airport Road/Bayshore Road in the Township of Tyendinaga in the County of Hastings.

Hastings — Twp. of Tyendinaga

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 49 lying between a point situate 200 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lower Slash Rd in the Township of Tyendinaga in the County of Hastings and a point situate 260 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 401 in the Township of Tyendinaga in the County of Hastings.

2. Part 5 of Schedule 55 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:

Hastings — Twp. of Tyendinaga

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 49 lying between a point situate 200 metres measured southernly from its intersection with the centre line of Airport Road/Bayshore Road in the Township of Tyendinaga in the County of Hastings and a point situate 200 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lower Slash Rd. in the Township of Tyendinaga in the County of Hastings.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
