Prescribed offences

1. An offence under the Controlled Drugs and Substances Act (Canada) for contravening paragraph 7.1 (1)(a) of that Act is a prescribed offence for the purposes of the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day clause 1 (3) (a) of Schedule 8 (Measures Respecting Premises with Illegal Drug Activity Act, 2025) to the Protect Ontario Through Safer Streets and Stronger Communities Act, 2025 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
