Amending O. Reg. 10/24

(ZONING ORDER - PROTECTION OF PUBLIC HEALTH AND SAFETY - RESTRICTION ON BUILDING HEIGHTS NEAR TORONTO HOSPITAL HELIPORTS)

1. (1) The definition of “Hospital for Sick Children Air Ambulance Service Protection Corridor Map” in section 1 of Ontario Regulation 10/24 is amended by striking out “345” and substituting “391”.

(2) The definition of “St. Michael’s Hospital Air Ambulance Service Protection Corridor Map” in section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “346” and substituting “392”.

2. Section 5 of the Regulation is revoked.

3. Subsection 6 (2) of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

4. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
