English-Language District School Boards - Directors of Education

Not member of board

1. The director of education of an English-language district school board is deemed not to be a member of the board for the purposes of paragraph 3 of subsection 171 (1) of the Act.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
