Amending O. Reg. 473/73

(REGIONAL MUNICIPALITY OF YORK, TOWN OF MARKHAM)

1. Sections 1 to 88 of Ontario Regulation 473/73 are revoked and the following substituted:

Deemed zoning by-law

1. Sections 1, 14 to 45, 47 to 86 and 88 and Schedules 1, 3 to 13, 15 to 28, 30 to 33, 35 to 41, 43 to 44 and 47 to 51 to this Regulation, as they read immediately before the day section 1 of Ontario Regulation 211/26 made under the Act came into force, are deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed by the council of the City of Markham.

2. Schedules 1 to 51 to the Regulation are revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
