Amending O. Reg. 478/73

(MUNICIPALITY OF METROPOLITAN TORONTO, BOROUGH OF ETOBICOKE (NOW THE CITY OF ETOBICOKE))

1. Sections 1 to 21 of Ontario Regulation 478/73 are revoked and the following substituted:

Deemed zoning by-law

1. Sections 1, 14 and 16 to 21 and Schedules 1 and 3 to 5 to this Regulation, as they read immediately before the day section 1 of Ontario Regulation 213/26 made under the Act came into force, are deemed to be and to always have been a by-law passed by the council of the City of Toronto.

2. Schedules 1 to 5 to the Regulation are revoked.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of July 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
