Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(SPEED LIMITS)
1. (1) Paragraphs 22 and 23 of Part 3 of Schedule 5 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Manitoulin — Twp. of Assiginack, Sheguiandah Indian Reserve No. 24
22. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 6 in the Territorial District of Manitoulin lying between a point situate 260 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Queen Street in the Township of Assiginack and a point situate 100 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as N’Gokan Milkan in the Sheguiandah Indian Reserve No. 24.
District of Manitoulin — Town of Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands
23. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 6 in the Town of Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands in the Territorial District of Manitoulin lying between a point situate 40 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Orr’s Sideroad and a point situate 830 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centreline of the roadway known as Harbourview Road.
(2) Paragraph 19 of Part 4 of Schedule 5 to the Regulation is revoked.
(3) Part 5 of Schedule 5 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
District of Manitoulin — Sheguiandah Indian Reserve No. 24, Town of Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands
18. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 6 in the Territorial District of Manitoulin lying between a point situate 100 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centreline of the roadway known as N’Gokan Milkan in the Sheguiandah Indian Reserve No. 24 and a point situate 40 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centreline of the roadway known as Orr’s Sideroad in the Town of Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands.
2. (1) Paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Timiskaming and Cochrane — Twps. of Grenfell and Black River-Matheson
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 lying between a point situate 305 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the northerly limit of a bridge over the Kenogami River in the Township of Grenfell in the Territorial District of Timiskaming and a point situate 435 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the roadway known as Poplar Road in the Township of Black River-Matheson in the Territorial District of Cochrane.
(2) Paragraph 36 of Part 2 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Cochrane — Twp. of Black River-Matheson
36. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 101 in the Township of Black River-Matheson in the Territorial District of Cochrane lying between a point situate 845 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the roadway known as Burton Road North and a point situate at its intersection with the northerly limit of the westerly junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 101.
(3) Part 4 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
District of Cochrane — Twp. of Black River-Matheson
32. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Township of Black River-Matheson in the Territorial District of Cochrane lying between a point situate 435 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the roadway known as Poplar Road and a point situate 365 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the roadway known as 4th Avenue in the Township of Black River-Matheson in the Territorial District of Cochrane.
33. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 101 in the Township of Black River-Matheson in the Territorial District of Cochrane lying between a point situate 845 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the roadway known as Burton Road North and a point situate 365 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the roadway known as 4th Avenue in the Township of Black River-Matheson in the Territorial District of Cochrane.
(4) Paragraph 6 of Part 5 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Cochrane — Twp. of Black River-Matheson
6. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 in the Township of Black River-Matheson in the Territorial District of Cochrane lying between a point situate at its intersection with the roadway known as 4th Avenue and extending southerly therealong for a distance of 365 metres.
(5) Part 5 of Schedule 13 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
District of Cochrane — Twp. of Black River-Matheson
21. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 101 in the Township of Black River-Matheson in the Territorial District of Cochrane beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the roadway known as 4th Avenue and extending northerly therealong for a distance of 365 metres.
3. (1) Paragraph 18 of Part 2 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Algoma — Twps. of Aweres and Fisher
18. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Territorial District of Algoma lying between a point situate at its intersection with the southerly limit of the geographical township of Aweres and a point situate 2940 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centreline of the Kings Highway known as No. 563 in the geographical township of Fisher.
(2) Part 2 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
District of Algoma — Twps. of Fisher and Hunt
31. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Territorial District of Algoma lying between a point situate 40 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 563 in the geographical township of Fisher and a point situate 700 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 631 in the Township of White River.
(3) Part 4 of Schedule 21 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
District of Algoma — Twp. of Fisher
46. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 17 in the Territorial District of Algoma in the geographical township of Fisher beginning at a point situate 40 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 563 and extending southerly for a of distance of 2980 metres.
4. (1) Paragraph 1 of Part 2 of Schedule 98 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
District of Cochrane — Twp. Of Black River-Matheson
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 101 in the Township of Black River-Matheson in the Territorial District of Cochrane lying between a point situate 845 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the roadway known as Burton Road North and a point situate at its intersection with the northerly limit of the westerly junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 11.
(2) Part 4 of Schedule 98 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
District of Cochrane — Twp. Of Black River-Matheson
5. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 101 in the Township of Black River-Matheson in the Territorial District of Cochrane lying between a point situate 845 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the roadway known as Burton Road North and a point situate 365 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the roadway known as 4th Avenue in the Township of Black River-Matheson in the Territorial District of Cochrane.
(3) Paragraph 2 of Part 5 of Schedule 98 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 11 and 101 in the Township of Black River-Matheson in the Territorial District of Cochrane beginning at a point situate at its intersection with the northerly limit of the easterly junction of the King’s Highway known as No. 11 and extending northerly therealong for a distance of 365 metres.
5. (1) Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 3 of Schedule 140 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:
District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Seguin — Twp. of McMurrich/Monteith
4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 518 in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 580 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Star Lake Road in the Township of Seguin and a point situate 450 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as West Bear Lake Road in the Township of McMurrich/Monteith.
District of Parry Sound — Twp. of McMurrich/Monteith
5. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 518 in the Township of McMurrich/Monteith in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 65 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as East Bear Lake Road and a point situate 720 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Axe Lake Road.
(2) Part 5 of Schedule 140 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:
District of Parry Sound — Twp. of McMurrich/Monteith
3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 518 in the Township of McMurrich/Monteith in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 450 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as West Bear Lake Road and a point situate 90 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as West Bear Lake Road.
4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 518 in the Township of McMurrich/Monteith in the Territorial District of Parry Sound lying between a point situate 20 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sanborn Drive and a point situate 65 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as East Bear Lake Road.
