Amending O. Reg. 387/04

(WATER TAKING AND TRANSFER)

1. (1) Subsection 4.2 (3) of Ontario Regulation 387/04 is amended by adding the following paragraph:

1.1 Any water taken from the dewatered work area is returned directly to the water body the work area is in.

(2) Subsection 4.2 (10) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “that is used, or is intended to be used, primarily for a residential purpose” at the end.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of September 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
