Amending O. Reg. 16/99

(AUTOMATED SYSTEM)

1. Subsection 3 (2) of Ontario Regulation 16/99 is amended by striking out “and reference plans may be deposited under that Act in a non-electronic format” at the end.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of December 31, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
