Amending O. Reg. 49/01

(DESCRIPTION AND REGISTRATION)

1. Subsection 13 (3) of Ontario Regulation 49/01 is amended by striking out “except for the number assigned as part of the name of the corporation under subsection 27 (3)” at the end.

2. Subsection 14 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “except for the number assigned as part of the name of the corporation under subsection 27 (3)” at the end.

3. Subsection 16 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “one set of paper prints of the architectural plans and one set of paper prints of the structural plans” and substituting “one set of the architectural plans and one set of the structural plans”.

4. (1) Subsection 17 (1) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and subsection 7 (3)” in the portion before clause (a).

(2) Clause 17 (1) (c) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paper prints of”.

(3) Clause 17 (1) (d) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paper prints of”.

(4) Clause 17 (2) (d) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

(d)  if there is an exclusive use portions survey, fill in the identification of the condominium plan in accordance with subsection 27 (2) on each sheet of the survey and the paper prints of it;

(5) Clause 17 (2) (e) of the Regulation is a revoked and the following substituted:

(e)  retain the original plans of survey, one paper print of them and a copy of any architectural plans and structural plans;

5. (1) Subsection 22 (3) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “and subsection 7 (3)” in the portion before clause (a).

(2) Clause 22 (3) (e) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paper prints of”.

(3) Clause 22 (3) (f) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “paper prints of”.

Commencement

6. This Regulation comes into force on the later of December 31, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
