Amending O. Reg. 359/09

(RENEWABLE ENERGY APPROVALS UNDER PART V.0.1 OF THE ACT)

1. The definition of “Ontario Regulation 50/24” in subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 359/09 is amended by striking out “Part II.3 Projects — Designations and Exemptions” and substituting “Designation of Part II.3 and Part II.4 Projects”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2027 and the day this Regulation is filed.
