Amending O. Reg. 812/21

1. Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 812/21 is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

3.  Form 3, titled “Security Deposit” (a security deposit for the purposes of section 8.0.1 of the Act), dated July 2026.

4.  Form 4, titled “Surety Reporting Form” (a surety reporting form for the purposes of section 8.1 of the Act), dated July 2026.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 6 of Schedule 2 to the Keeping Criminals Behind Bars Act, 2026 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
