Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Schedule 6 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following Part:

Part 0.1

City of Ottawa
Lanark County — Town of Carleton Place

1. That part of the eastbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 417 in the City of Ottawa and a point situate 559 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as McNeely Avenue in the Town of Carleton Place in the County of Lanark.

2. That part of the westbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 417 in the City of Ottawa and a point situate 1434 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as McNeely Avenue in the Township of Beckwith in the County of Lanark.

(2) Paragraphs 4 and 5 of Part 1 of Schedule 6 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

4. That part of the westbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 lying between a point situate 1434 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as McNeely Avenue in the Township of Beckwith in the County of Lanark and a point situate 1034 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as McNeely Avenue in the Township of Beckwith in the County of Lanark.

2. (1) Schedule 103 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following Part:

Regional Municipality of Durham — Municipality of Clarington
County of Peterborough — Twp. of Cavan Monaghan

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 115 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 35 in the Municipality of Clarington in the Regional Municipality of Durham and a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 in the Township of Cavan Monaghan in the County of Peterborough.

County of Peterborough — Twp. of Cavan Monaghan

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 7 and 115 in the Township of Cavan Monaghan in the County of Peterborough lying between a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 7 and a point situate 1375 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Airport Road.

(2) Paragraphs 1 to 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 103 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

County of Peterborough — Twp. of Cavan Monaghan
City of Peterborough

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 7 and 115 lying between a point situate 1375 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Airport Road in the Township of Cavan Monaghan in the County of Peterborough and a point situate 400 metres measured southerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lansdowne Street East in the City of Peterborough.

3. (1) Paragraph 1 of Part 0.1 of Schedule 123 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

City of Toronto
District of Parry Sound — Twp. of Carling

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 400 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sheppard Avenue in the City of Toronto and a point situate 1145 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highway known as No. 559 in the Township of Carling in the Territorial District of Parry Sound.

(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 123 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

City of Toronto

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 400 in the City of Toronto lying between a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Sheppard Avenue and a point situate at its intersection with the southerly limit of the structure over the King’s Highway known as No. 401.

4. (1) Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 0.1 of Schedule 130 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

Prescott and Russell — Twp. of East Hawkesbury
City of Ottawa

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 417 lying between a point situate 1000 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the Ontario-Quebec boundary in the Township of East Hawkesbury in the United Counties of Prescott and Russell and a point situate 500 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of roadway known as Ottawa Road 30 (also known as Innes Road) in the City of Ottawa.

City of Ottawa
Renfrew — Twp. of McNab/Braeside

2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 417 lying between a point situate 150 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of roadway known as Ottawa Road 11 (also known as Moodie Drive) in the City of Ottawa and a point situate 2000 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Campbell Drive in the Township of McNab/Braeside in the County of Renfrew.

(2) Paragraph 4 of Part 1 of Schedule 130 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

City of Ottawa

4. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 417 in the City of Ottawa lying between a point situate 500 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of roadway known as Ottawa Road 30 (also known as Innes Road) and a point situate 150 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of roadway known as Ottawa Road 11 (also known as Moodie Drive).

5. (1) Paragraph 1 of Part 0.1 of Schedule 260 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

United Counties of Leeds and Grenville — Twp. Of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal
City of Ottawa

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 416 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 401 in the Township of Edwardsburgh/Cardinal in the United Counties of Leeds and Grenville and a point situate 1915 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as West Hunt Club Road in the City of Ottawa.

(2) Paragraph 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 260 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

City of Ottawa

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 416 in the City of Ottawa lying between a point situate 1915 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as West Hunt Club Road and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 417.

Commencement

6. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
