Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990

(SPEED LIMITS)

1. (1) Paragraphs 1 to 7 of Part 0.1 of Schedule 124 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 are revoked and the following substituted:

City of Toronto

Essex — Town of Tecumseh

1. That part of the westbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 401 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 427 in the City of Toronto and a point situate 2,675 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Essex County Road 46 (also known as Provincial Road) in the Town of Tecumseh in the County of Essex.

2. That part of the eastbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 401 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 427 in the City of Toronto and a point situate 1,255 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Essex County Road 46 (also known as Provincial Road) in the Town of Tecumseh in the County of Essex.

City of Toronto

3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 401 lying between a point situate 1,690 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Curry Hill Road / County Road 23 in the Township of South Glengarry to a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 404.

(2) Paragraph 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 124 to the Regulation is revoked.

(3) Paragraphs 6 to 9 of Part 1 of Schedule 124 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

City of Toronto

6. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 401 in the City of Toronto lying between a point situate at its intersection with the Highway known as No. 427 and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 404.

2. Paragraphs 3 and 4 of Part 0.1 of Schedule 126 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:

Oxford — City of Woodstock

City of Brantford

3. That part of the westbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 403 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the northern limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 401 in the Township of Norwich in the County of Oxford and a point situate 1,000 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Oak Park Road in the City of Brantford.

4. That part of the eastbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 403 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the southern limit of the King’s Highway known as No. 401 in the Township of Norwich in the County of Oxford and a point situate 1,010 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Oak Park Road in the City of Brantford.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
