Amending O. Reg. 271/91

(GASOLINE VOLATILITY)

1. (1) Section 7 of Ontario Regulation 271/91 is revoked and the following substituted:

Exception

7. Subsections 2 (1) to (3) and 4 (1) to (3) do not apply during the period that begins on the day subsection 1 (1) of Ontario Regulation 307/26 comes into force and ends on September 15, 2026.

(2) Section 7 of the Regulation, as remade by subsection (1), is revoked.

Commencement

2. (1) Except as otherwise provided in this section, this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on September 16, 2026.
