Amending Reg. 619 of R.R.O. 1990
(SPEED LIMITS)
1. (1) Part 0.1 of Schedule 126 to Regulation 619 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
Regional Municipality of Peel — City of Mississauga
Regional Municipality of Halton — Town of Oakville
5. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 403 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 401 in the City of Mississauga in The Regional Municipality of Peel and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as the Queen Elizabeth Way in the Town of Oakville in The Regional Municipality of Halton.
(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 126 to the Regulation is revoked.
2. (1) Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 0.1 of Schedule 127 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:
City of Toronto
Regional Municipality of York — Town of East Gwillimbury
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 404 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 401 in the City of Toronto and a point in the northbound lanes situate at 100 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Boag Road in the Town of East Gwillimbury.
2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 404 lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 401 in the City of Toronto and a point in the southbound lanes situate at its intersection with the roadway known as Woodbine Avenue (also known as Regional Road No. 8) in the Town of East Gwillimbury.
(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 127 to the Regulation is revoked.
3. (1) Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 0.1 of Schedule 129 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:
Regional Municipality of Niagara — City of St. Catharines — City of Welland
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 406 lying between a point situate 1,000 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the northerly limit of the overpass structure of the Canadian National Railway in the City of St. Catharines to a point in the southbound lanes situate 1,500 metres measured northerly from the northern limits of the roadway known as Niagara Regional Road No. 27 (also known as East Main Street) in the City of Welland.
2. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 406 lying between a point in the northbound lanes situate at the northern limits of the roadway known as Niagara Regional Road No. 27 (also known as East Main Street) in the City of Welland to a point situate 1,000 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the northerly limit of the overpass structure of the Canadian National Railway in the City of St. Catharines.
(2) Paragraphs 2 and 3 of Part 1 of Schedule 129 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:
Regional Municipality of Niagara — City of St. Catharines
2. That part of the northbound lanes of the King’s Highway known as No. 406 in The Regional Municipality of Niagara lying between a point situate 1,000 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the northerly limit of the overpass structure of the Canadian National Railway in the City of St. Catharines and a point situate at its intersection with the northerly limit of the overpass structure of the Canadian National Railway in the City of St. Catharines.
(3) Part 3 of Schedule 129 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraph:
Regional Municipality of Niagara — City of St. Catharines
3. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 406 lying between a point situate 1,000 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the northerly limit of the overpass structure of the Canadian National Railway in the City of St. Catharines to a point situate 100 metres measured northerly from its intersection with the northerly limit of the overpass structure of the roadway known as Niagara Regional Road No. 38.
4. (1) Paragraph 1 of Part 0.1 of Schedule 194 to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
City of Hamilton — City of Niagara Falls
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as the Queen Elizabeth Way lying between a point situate 300 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Millen Road in the City of Hamilton and a point situate 800 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mountain Road in the City of Niagara Falls.
Regional Municipality of Halton — Town of Oakville — City of Burlington
2. That part of the King’s Highway known as the Queen Elizabeth Way lying between a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highways known as No. 403 and No. 407 ETR (also known as the Freeman Interchange) and a point situate at its intersection in the City of Burlington in The Regional Municipality of Halton with the centre line of the roadway known as Halton Regional Road No. 13 (also known as Ford Drive) in the Town of Oakville in The Regional Municipality of Halton.
City of Niagara Falls — Town of Fort Erie
3. That part of the King’s Highway known as the Queen Elizabeth Way lying between a point situate 100 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lyons Creek Road in the City of Niagara Falls and a point situate 1,400 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Gilmore Road in the Town of Fort Erie.
(2) Paragraphs 1 and 2 of Part 1 of Schedule 194 to the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:
City of Toronto — Regional Municipality of Halton — Town of Oakville
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as the Queen Elizabeth Way lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 427 in the City of Toronto and a point situate with its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Halton Regional Road No. 13 (also known as Ford Drive) in the Town of Oakville in The Regional Municipality of Halton.
Regional Municipality of Niagara — City of Niagara Falls
2. That part of the King’s Highway known as the Queen Elizabeth Way in The Regional Municipality of Niagara lying between a point situate 800 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Niagara Regional Road No. 101 (also known as Mountain Road) in the City of Niagara Falls and a point situate 100 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Niagara Regional Road No.47 (also known as Lyons Creek Road) in the City of Niagara Falls.
Regional Municipality of Halton — City of Burlington — City of Hamilton
3. That part of the King’s Highway known as the Queen Elizabeth Way lying between a point situate at its intersection with the centre line of the King’s Highways known as No. 403 and No. 407 ETR (also known as the Freeman Interchange) in the City of Burlington in The Regional Municipality of Halton and a point situate 300 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Millen Road in the City of Hamilton.
Regional Municipality of Niagara — City of Niagara Falls
4. That part of the King’s Highway known as the Queen Elizabeth Way lying between a point situate 800 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Mountain Road in the City of Niagara Falls and a point situate 100 metres measured easterly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Lyons Creek Road in the City of Niagara Falls.
Regional Municipality of Niagara — Town of Fort Erie
5. That part of the King’s Highway known as the Queen Elizabeth Way lying between a point situate 1,400 metres measured westerly from its intersection with the centre line of the roadway known as Gilmore Road in the Town of Fort Erie and a point situate at its intersection with the westerly limit of the roadway known as Concession Road.
5. (1) Schedule 214 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following Part:

Regional Municipality of Peel — City of Mississauga
Regional Municipality of Halton — Town of Oakville
1. That part of the King’s Highway No. 403/Queen Elizabeth Link in the Town of Oakville in The Regional Municipality of Halton lying between a point situate 1,035 metres west of its intersection with the roadway known as Peel Regional Road No.19 (also known as Winston Churchill Boulevard) in the City of Mississauga in The Regional Municipality of Peel and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as the Queen Elizabeth Way and the roadway known as Halton Regional Road No. 13 (also known as Ford Drive) in the Town of Oakville in The Regional Municipality of Halton.
(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 214 to the Regulation is revoked.
6. (1) Schedule 294 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following Part:
Part 0.1
Regional Municipality of Durham — City of Pickering — Municipality of Clarington
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as Highway 407 East in The Regional Municipality of Durham lying between a point situate at the centre line of the underpass structure of the roadway known as Brock Road in the City of Pickering and a point situate at its intersection with King’s Highway known as Nos. 35 and 115 in the Municipality of Clarington.
(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 294 to the Regulation is revoked.
7. (1) Schedule 295 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following Part:
Part 0.1
Regional Municipality of Durham — Town of Whitby
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as No. 412 in the Town of Whitby in The Regional Municipality of Durham lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 401 and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as Highway 407 East.
(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 295 to the Regulation is revoked.
8. (1) Schedule 299 to the Regulation is amended by adding the following Part:
Part 0.1
Regional Municipality of Durham — Municipality of Clarington
1. That part of the King’s Highway known as Highway No. 418 in the Municipality of Clarington in The Regional Municipality of Durham lying between a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as Highway 407 East and a point situate at its intersection with the King’s Highway known as No. 401.
(2) Paragraph 1 of Part 1 of Schedule 299 to the Regulation is revoked.

9. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
