Amending Reg. 950 of R.R.O. 1990

(PROCEEDINGS COMMENCED BY CERTIFICATE OF OFFENCE)

1. (1) Item 468 of Schedule 43 to Regulation 950 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “emergency vehicle or tow truck” in Column 2 and substituting “specified vehicle”.

(2) Item 468.1 of Schedule 43 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “emergency vehicle or tow truck” in Column 2 and substituting “specified vehicle”.

(3) Item 468.2 of Schedule 43 to the Regulation is amended by striking out “159 (4)” in Column 3 and substituting “159 (6)”.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 1 of Schedule 2 to the Working for Workers Six Act, 2024 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
