Amending O. Reg. 263/25

(TRANSITION OF BOARDS UNDER REVIEW OR SUPERVISION)

1. The title to Ontario Regulation 263/25 is revoked and the following substituted:

Boards Under Review or Supervision

2. Section 4 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

Board subject to vesting order

4. (1) Subsections 208 (2) and (3) of the Act do not apply to a board under supervision or a board subject to a vesting order made pursuant to subsection 230.3 (1) of the Act, and the first meeting of the board shall instead be held on a day and at such place as the Minister or a person appointed under subsection 230.15 (2) determines.

(2) Subsection 220 (1) of the Act does not apply to a board under supervision or a board subject to a vesting order made pursuant to subsection 230.3 (1) of the Act, and board members shall remain in office until their successors are elected and their term of office begins.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
