Repeal of succession duty legislation

The Succession Duty Act

1. (1) The Succession Duty Act, being chapter 449 of the Revised Statutes of Ontario, 1970, is repealed to the extent it continues to be in force under section 1 of The Succession Duty Repeal Act, 1979 and applies in respect of a person who died before April 11, 1979.  2009, c. 34, Sched. T, s. 1 (1).

The Succession Duty Act Supplementary Provisions Act, 1980

(2) The Succession Duty Act Supplementary Provisions Act, 1980 is repealed.  2009, c. 34, Sched. T, s. 1 (2).
