Dissolution of corporation

1. ORTECH Corporation, formerly the Ontario Research Foundation, is dissolved and all its assets and liabilities are hereby transferred to and vested in the Crown in right of Ontario, without compensation. 2012, c. 8, Sched. 53, s. 1.
