Right to install own television

1. A person who is receiving chronic care in Ontario has the right to install, at the person’s expense, his or her own television or combined television and video-cassette recorder in his or her room if they meet the relevant Canadian Standards Association standards or any safety standards established by the authority responsible for the place where the person is receiving care. 1994, c. 3, s. 1.
