The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing is updating exam questions to align with the 2024 Ontario Building Code. Until the new exams are released in spring 2026, practitioners will continue to be tested using the 2012 Building Code. Learn more about Building Code exams.
Qualification and Registration Tracking System (QuARTS)
QuARTS registration and sign-in
All building practitioners regulated by the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing’s (MMAH) qualification program must register using QuARTS. Practitioners can use QuARTS to manage their registrations, pay fees, and receive renewal notices.
