Claims against the estate of Jean Catherine Harkness, of the Town of Ajax, Regional Municipality of Durham, Province of Ontario, who died on January 8, 2003 in Ajax, must be filed on or before March 31, 2004. Thereafter the undersigned will distribute the assets of the said estate having regard only to the claims then filed.
