Notice Is Hereby Given under subsection 241(1) of the Business Corporations Act, that unless the corporations listed hereunder comply with the requirements of the Corporations Tax Act within 90 days of this notice, orders will be made dissolving the defaulting corporations. Pursuant to a court order made in the above proceeding, money has been forfeited to the Crown and deposited in a special purpose account. Any municipal corporation or public body of a prescribed class, which has suffered pecuniary losses as a result of the above unlawful activity is entitled to make a claim for compensation.
