Notice of Default in Complying with the Corporations Tax Act
The Director has been notified by the Minister of Finance that the following corporations are in default in complying with the Corporations Tax Act.
Notice Is Hereby Given under subsection 241(1) of the Business Corporations Act, that unless the corporations listed hereunder comply with the requirements of the Corporations Tax Act within 90 days of this notice, orders will be made dissolving the defaulting corporations. All enquiries concerning this notice are to be directed to Ministry of Finance, Corporations Tax, 33 King Street West, Oshawa, Ontario L1H 8H6.

On the recommendation of the undersigned Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council, orders that:
Order in Council
Whereas the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009, S.O. 2009, c.33, Sched. 5 allows the Lieutenant Governor in Council, by regulation, to designate adjudicative tribunals as a cluster if, in the opinion of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, the matters that the tribunals deal with are such that they can operate more effectively and efficiently as part of a cluster than alone;
And Whereas clustering promotes the best use of resources through cross-tribunal cooperation and coordination of operations and administration and enhances consistency in tribunal practices, procedures and decision making;
And Whereas under Phase One of the clustering initiative, the Environment and Land Tribunals Ontario (Elto) brought together the Assessment Review Board, the Board of Negotiation, the Ontario Municipal Board, the Conservation Review Board and the Environmental Review Tribunal as the first cluster reporting to the Attorney General for administrative and operational purposes, with responsibility for the administration of statutes associated with the latter two tribunals transferred to the Attorney General by Order in Council O.C. 96/2009 dated January 22, 2009;
And Whereas under Phase Two of the clustering initiative, the ministerial reporting relationships of the six adjudicative tribunals listed in Column A of the Schedule to this Order in Council are to be transferred to the Attorney General for administrative and operational purposes and these tribunals together with one other tribunal already reporting to the Attorney General, the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, will hereafter comprise a cluster under the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009;
And Whereas in order to facilitate such transfers of ministerial reporting relationships it is necessary and convenient to assign and transfer certain ministerial powers, duties, etc. and the ministerial responsibility for the administration of statutes or parts thereof under the Executive Council Act, R.S.O 1990, c. E.25;
Therefore, pursuant to subsections 2(2), 5(1) and 8(1) of the Executive Council Act, and despite any provision of a statute or Order in Council:
Administration of statutes
- The ministerial responsibility for the administration of the parts of statutes set out in Column B of the Schedule to this Order in Council is hereby assigned and transferred from the Ministers listed in Column C to the Attorney General, and the previous Orders in Council made under the Executive Council Act listed in Column D are hereby amended and shall be interpreted accordingly.
Transfer of ministerial powers, duties, etc.
- The Attorney General shall exercise the powers and perform the duties, functions and responsibilities in respect of Part Xi; Part Xii except for subsection 194(3) and section 203; and paragraphs 61-67 and 69-71 of subsection 241(1) of the Residential Tenancies Act, 2006, S.O. 2006, c. 17, that were previously assigned to the Minister of Municipal Affairs and Housing under Order in Council O.C. 844/2005 dated May 18, 2005, and such powers, duties, functions and responsibilities are assigned and transferred accordingly.
- The Attorney General shall exercise the powers and perform the duties, functions and responsibilities in respect of section 57 of the Education Act, R.S.O 1990, c.E.2 that were previously assigned to the Minister of Education under Order in Council O.C. 1690/2003 dated November 19, 2003, and such powers, duties, functions and responsibilities are assigned and transferred accordingly.
- The Attorney General shall exercise the powers and perform the duties, functions and responsibilities in respect of Part Iv of the Ontario Works Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, c. 2, Sched. A, that were previously assigned to the Minister of Community and Social Services under Order in Council O.C. 1479/2005 dated September 21, 2005, and such powers, duties, functions and responsibilities are assigned and transferred accordingly.
- The Orders in Council listed in Column D are hereby amended and shall be interpreted accordingly.
