Notice is hereby given that pursuant to subsection 320.4(a) of the Criminal Code (Canada), the Honourable Michael Kerzner, Solicitor General, on the 5th day of January 2026, designated the following persons as being qualified to operate the approved instrument known as the Intoxilyzer® 9000.
