Information about Business Name, Limited Partnership and Corporate Searches

There are a number of business name and corporate search products with varying fees available. Fees apply to all searches and searches are not conducted over the phone.

To find out if someone is already using the business name you wish to register, or to find out the owner(s) of a business, you may wish to have a business name search done.

To find out information about an Ontario corporation, including its registered or head office address or the names of the directors and officers of the corporation, you may request a corporate record search.
