Registration and search services are available from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Friday, and for lien searches only from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Saturdays.

Registration transactions are not available via telephone.
Lien searches may be done over the telephone by calling (416) 325-8847 or toll-free in Ontario at 1-800-267-8847 or TTY at 416-326-8866 or 1-800-461-8866. Please have your credit card or PPSR deposit account number ready. Hours of service are Monday to Friday, from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
