Overview

The Ministry of Children and Youth Services is working collaboratively with community partners, as well as the Ministries of Education, Health and Long-Term Care, Community and Social Services, Citizenship and Immigration, and Tourism, Culture and Sport to integrate a number of Ontario's children and youth programs and services. By bringing these programs under one roof, this government is making children a top priority to give them the best start in life, to prepare youth to become productive adults, and to make it easier for families to get the services they need at all stages of a child's development.

Major Responsibilities

The Ministry delivers and administers a wide range of services for children and youth including:
