You can find ownership and property details in the parcel register at Ontario Land Registry Access by following these steps:

Choose the Land Registry Office (LRO) for the property where the well is located.
Select “Property Search Service.”
For assistance, visit OnLand Help Centre.

Municipality or utility bills may also help confirm the official property address.
