1. The following single-tier municipalities are prescribed for the purposes of clause 50 (1) (c) of the Act:

Note: On January 1, 2026, section 1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “the purposes of clause 50 (1) (c) of the Act” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “the purposes of clause (c) of the definition of “consent” in subsection 50 (1) of the Act”.
