Amending O. Reg. 354/02

(CONSENT GRANTING AUTHORITY)

1. (1) Section 1 of Ontario Regulation 354/02 is amended by striking out “the purposes of clause 50 (1) (c) of the Act” in the portion before paragraph 1 and substituting “the purposes of clause (c) of the definition of “consent” in subsection 50 (1) of the Act”.

(2) Section 1 of the Regulation is amended by adding the following paragraphs:

10.0.0.2 Municipality of McDougall.

15.1  Township of Carling.

Commencement

2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of January 1, 2026 and the day this Regulation is filed.
