DESIGNATED AGREEMENTS UNDER SECTION 12.3 OF THE ACT

Designations
1. The transfer payment agreements effective April 1, 2014 entered into by the Ontario Racing Commission and the following entities are designated for the purposes of section 12.3 of the Act:
1. Picov Downs Inc.
2. Fort Erie Live Racing Consortium.
3. Rideau Carleton Raceway Holdings Ltd.
4. Clinton Raceway Inc.
5. Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, operating as Flamboro Downs Limited, including Great Canadian Gaming (Ontario) Ltd.
6. Great Canadian Gaming Corporation, operating as Georgian Downs Limited, including Great Canadian Gaming (Ontario) Ltd.
7. Grand River Agricultural Society.
8. Hanover, Bentinck and Brant Agricultural Society.
9. Woodbine Entertainment Group.
10. Western Fair Association and the WFA Raceway Corporation.
11. Dresden Agricultural Society.
12. 405730 Ontario Limited, operating as “Hiawatha Horse Park & Entertainment Centre”.
13. Kawartha Downs Limited.
14. Lakeshore Horse Racing Association.
