Two-year term of operation

1. For the purposes of subsection 41 (2) of the Act, a collective agreement between a school board and a bargaining agent that has a commencement date of September 1, 2017 shall have a term of operation of two years.

2. Sections 2 to 6 of Ontario Regulation 159/14 (The 2014 Round of Collective Bargaining) made under the Act, apply to the 2017 round of collective bargaining. O. Reg. 367/17, s. 1.
