Amending Reg. 603 of R.R.O. 1990

(OVER-DIMENSIONAL FARM VEHICLES)

1. Section 1 of Regulation 603 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

1. No over-dimensional farm vehicle shall be driven or drawn on a highway described in the Schedule.

2. Paragraph 1 of the Schedule to the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:

1. That part of the King’s Highway known as Nos. 400, 401, 402, 403, 404, 405, 409, 410, 412, 416, 417 and 427.

1.1 That part of the King’s Highway known as Highway 407 East.

1.2 The private toll highway known as Highway 407.

Commencement

3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of December 18, 2015 and the day this Regulation is filed.
