Amending Reg. 460 of R.R.O. 1990

(GENERAL)

1. Subsection 10 (2) of Regulation 460 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:

(2) An agreement relating to the security and confidentiality of personal information to be disclosed for a research purpose shall be in the form titled “Security and Confidentiality Agreement of Personal Information for Research Purposes”, dated May 1, 2016 and available on the Government of Ontario’s Central Forms Repository website.

2.  (1) The Schedule to the Regulation is amended by adding the following items:

(2) Items 86 and 114.1 of the Schedule to the Regulation are amended by striking out the Head listed in Column 2 for those items and substituting in each case “Chief Executive Officer”.

(3) Item 115 of the Schedule to the Regulation is revoked.

3. Form 1 of the Regulation is revoked.

Commencement

4. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.

(2) Subsection 2 (1) comes into force on August 2, 2016.
