Amending O. Reg. 135/98
(ADMINISTRATION AND COST SHARING)
1. (1) Clause 7 (1) (a) of Ontario Regulation 135/98 is revoked and the following substituted:
(a) the following per cent of the assistance costs incurred by the delivery agent:
(i) For 2010, 80.6 per cent.
(ii) For 2011, 81.2 per cent.
(iii) For 2012, 82.8 per cent.
(iv) For 2013, 85.8 per cent.
(v) For 2014, 88.6 per cent.
(vi) For 2015, 91.4 per cent.
(vii) For 2016, 94.2 per cent.
(viii) For 2017, 97.2 per cent.
(ix) For 2018 and subsequent years, 100 per cent;
(2) The Table to subsection 7 (1) of the Regulation is revoked.
(3) Clause 7 (2.1) (a) of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
(a) the following per cent of the assistance costs incurred by the delivery agent in respect of assistance provided in a municipality:
(i) For 2010, 80.6 per cent.
(ii) For 2011, 81.2 per cent.
(iii) For 2012, 82.8 per cent.
(iv) For 2013, 85.8 per cent.
(v) For 2014, 88.6 per cent.
(vi) For 2015, 91.4 per cent.
(vii) For 2016, 94.2 per cent.
(viii) For 2017, 97.2 per cent.
(ix) For 2018 and subsequent years, 100 per cent;
(4) The Table to subsection 7 (2.1) of the Regulation is revoked.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
