Amending O. Reg. 79/10
(GENERAL)
1. (1) Section 153 of Ontario Regulation 79/10 is amended by adding “local health integration network or a” before “community care access corporation”.
(2) Section 153 of the Regulation, as amended by subsection (1), is amended by striking out “or a community care access corporation within the meaning of the Community Care Access Corporations Act, 2001”.
Commencement
2. (1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Subsection 1 (1) comes into force on the later of May 1, 2017 and the day this Regulation is filed.
(3) Subsection 1 (2) comes into force on the later of the day that section 34 of the Patients First Act, 2016 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
