Amending Reg. 713 of R.R.O. 1990
(GENERAL)
1. (1) Paragraph 3 of section 1.1 of Regulation 713 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is revoked and the following substituted:
3. For each general partner who is an individual, the partner’s name in full and the partner’s residential address or address for service, including municipality, street and number, if any, and postal code.
(2) The French version of paragraph 4 of section 1.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “domicile élu” and substituting “adresse aux fins de signification”.
(3) Paragraph 7 of section 1.1 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
7. For the attorney of an extra-provincial limited partnership who is an individual, the attorney’s name in full and the attorney’s residential address or address for service, including the municipality, street and number, if any, and postal code.
(4) The French version of paragraph 8 of section 1.1 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “domicile élu” and substituting “adresse aux fins de signification”.
2. (1) Paragraph 1 of section 4 of the Regulation is revoked and the following substituted:
1. If the partner is an individual, the partner’s name in full and the partner’s residential address or address for service, including the municipality, street and number, if any, and postal code.
(2) The French version of paragraph 2 of section 4 of the Regulation is amended by striking out “domicile élu” and substituting “adresse aux fins de signification”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
