Amending Reg. 682 of R.R.O. 1990
(LABORATORIES)
1. Clause 9 (1) (c) of Regulation 682 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “reportable disease” and substituting “disease of public health significance”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 14 (4) of Schedule 3 to the Strengthening Quality and Accountability for Patients Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
