Amending O. Reg. 67/93
(HEALTH CARE AND RESIDENTIAL FACILITIES)
1. Paragraph 9 of subsection 2 (1) of Ontario Regulation 67/93 is revoked and the following substituted:
9. A facility where any of the following services, as set out in the definition of service in subsection 2 (1) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017, is provided:
i. A service for a child with a developmental or physical disability or the child’s family.
ii. A mental health service for a child or the child’s family.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day section 350 of Schedule 1 to the Supporting Children, Youth and Families Act, 2017 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
