Amending O. Reg. 442/95
(GENERAL)
1. Paragraph 1 of section 1 of Ontario Regulation 442/95 is amended by striking out “Alcohol and Gaming” and substituting “Alcohol, Cannabis and Gaming”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the later of the day subsection 50 (1) of Schedule 2 to the Cannabis Statute Law Amendment Act, 2018 comes into force and the day it is filed.
