Amending O. Reg. 526/17, which amends O. Reg. 285/01
(WHEN WORK DEEMED TO BE PERFORMED, EXEMPTIONS AND SPECIAL RULES)
1. Section 5 of Ontario Regulation 526/17 is revoked.
2. Subsection 17 (2) of the Regulation is amended by striking out “Section 5 and subsection 7 (2) come into force” at the beginning and substituting “Subsection 7 (2) comes into force”.

3. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
