Amending Reg. 669 of R.R.O. 1990
(FINANCIAL STATEMENTS)
1. Section 1 of Regulation 669 of the Revised Regulations of Ontario, 1990 is amended by striking out “Superintendent” wherever it appears and substituting in each case “Chief Executive Officer”.
2. Paragraphs 2 and 3 of section 2 of the Regulation are revoked and the following substituted:
2. Insurers incorporated in Ontario, other than insurers mentioned in paragraph 1.
Commencement
3. (1) Subject to subsection (2), this Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
(2) Section 1 comes into force on the later of the day section 22 of Schedule 13 to the Plan for Care and Opportunity Act (Budget Measures), 2018 comes into force and the day this Regulation is filed.
