Amending O. Reg. 222/98
(GENERAL)
1. (1) The heading before section 36.2 of Ontario Regulation 222/98 is amended by adding “Former” before “Transition Child Benefit”.
(2) Subsection 36.2 (1) of the Regulation is amended by adding “with respect to a period before November 1, 2019” after “section 45.3”.
(3) The definition of “B” in subsection 36.2 (2) of the Regulation is amended by adding “with respect to a period before November 1, 2019” at the end.
2. Section 45.3 of the Regulation is revoked.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of November 1, 2019 and the day it is filed.
