Amending O. Reg. 108/11

1. Subsection 8 (2) of Ontario Regulation 108/11 is revoked and the following substituted:
(2) Despite subsection (1), the version of Form 10 dated January 19, 2018 may continue to be used until February 29, 2020.
2. (1) The row for Form 10 in the Table of Forms to the Regulation is amended by striking out “January 19, 2018” in the column titled “Date of Form” and substituting “September 1, 2019”.
(2) The Table of Forms to the Regulation is amended by striking out the rows for Forms 10.1, 10.2 and 10.3.
Commencement
3. This Regulation comes into force on the later of November 1, 2019 and the day this Regulation is filed.
