Amending O. Reg. 454/19, which amends O. Reg. 82/98
(GENERAL)
1. Subsection 5 (2) of Ontario Regulation 454/19 is amended by striking out “section 2 of Schedule 3 to the More Homes, More Choice Act, 2019” and substituting “subsection 1 (1) of Schedule 3 to the COVID-19 Economic Recovery Act, 2020”.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
