Amending O. Reg. 223/08
(PROFESSIONAL MISCONDUCT)
1. Section 2 of Ontario Regulation 223/08 is amended by adding the following paragraph:
29. Making remarks or engaging in behaviours that expose any person or class of persons to hatred on the basis of a prohibited ground of discrimination under Part I of the Human Rights Code.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
