Amending O. Reg. 321/12
(CLASSES OF MEMBERS AND REGISTRATION)
1. Clauses 8 (2.1) (a), (b) and (c) of Ontario Regulation 321/12 are revoked and the following substituted:
(a) the term of a statement of membership that expired on or after September 14, 2020 and before December 19, 2020 is extended for the period beginning on December 19, 2020 and ending on the day that is 180 days after the term expired; and
(b) the term of a statement of membership that would expire on or after December 19, 2020 and before May 31, 2021 is extended by 180 days.
Commencement
2. This Regulation comes into force on the day it is filed.
